Definitions
The person who has been given the purchase order is called the seller or website owner. The buyer, or customer, refers to the individual or organization placing the order. Goods or services relate to the item(s) for which the buyer has placed an order with the seller.

Payment
When an order is complete, only then do we request payment. If the payment is not received or the payment method is declined, the order will not be placed and no products will be shipped. If a buyer leaves without paying, they no longer own the products.

Shipping Procedure

When a client or buyer buys something, the seller will tell them how much it will cost to ship it to the desired location. Pricing Zoom offers free shipping inside the United States at this time. When an order is placed on the website, Pricing Zoom tries to ship the order as soon as possible. In general, orders are processed within 1-2 business day (Monday–Friday). And the expected transit time is 5–8 business days (Monday–Friday).

If an item is missing during shipment, the seller will refund the buyer. The seller will do everything possible to prevent loss, destruction, or damage to the products or services sold to the buyer. On Pricing Zoom, all prices include taxes, and there is no membership fee.

Return and Refund Processes
If the buyer contacts the seller within 30 days of getting the item, the seller must either exchange the item or give the buyer a full refund. Contact the seller at yaya@pricingzoom.com or through the site's contact us page to arrange a return. Pricing Zoom will issue a refund to the customer through the same payment method that was used to make the initial purchase. The customer is responsible for paying the cost of all return shipping charges.

Cancellation
Your order will be processed in 48 hours. Within 48 hours, you may cancel your order without consequence. After 48 hours or after shipment, if you decide to cancel your order, you will be charged for return shipping as well as a 25% restocking fee.

Legalities
Once the items have been delivered to the consumer, the seller is no longer responsible for any potential health risks that may arise. If the buyer gets hurt or loses something, the seller is not responsible.

Any problems you have with the website will be ruled by the laws of the state where the website owner lives.
