Shipping is only available within the United States.
Time for transit, handling, and order cutoff in the United States:
Handling time is 1 to 2 working days (Monday to Friday).
Transit time is 5 to 8 working days (Monday to Friday).
Order cut-off time will be 5 p.m. (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time

We use UPS and shipping to deliver the product.

We do not charge any membership fees.
Change of Address
We cannot change the delivery address once it is in transit. If you need to change the place to deliver your order, please contact us within 48 hours of placing your order at yaya@pricingzoom.com or call us at +1 213-755-0494.
Multiple Addresses
We don't offer shipping to multiple addresses for one order. If you'd like items delivered to multiple addresses, please place those orders separately. If you need help regarding this, you can find it here: yaya@pricingzoom.com
Wrong Address
If you provide the wrong address during checkout and our product is returned to us, then you will be responsible for all shipping costs for re-sending the product.
Delayed
However, there are some cases of delay. We will contact you immediately if the order is delayed for more than 8 business days.
Tracking an Order
Once your order has been shipped, it comes with a tracking number, allowing you to track it until it is delivered to you. You can track your order here.
Parcels Damaged in Transit
If you find that a package is damaged in transit, please reject the package from the courier if possible and contact our customer service. If the package was delivered without your presence, please contact customer service at yaya@pricingzoom.com
