I'd want to know what my payment options are.
All transactions must be done with a valid credit card or debit card in US dollars (USD). We accept payments made using PayPal, Visa, Mastercard, and American Express.

How secure is it for me to make a purchase on this website?
When making an online purchase with a credit card, you enter all of your private information into an SSL-secured website. The order details are then encrypted with SSL and sent to the credit card provider's private network for final approval. No payment card information is stored on our systems.

I just placed an order; when can I expect shipment?
Pricing Zoom will do its best to dispatch your orders to you as quickly as possible. In general, orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday–Friday). And the expected transit time is 5–8 business days (Monday–Friday). Please email yaya@pricingzoom.com with your full name and order number if your package has not arrived within 8 days of getting your shipping confirmation email.

Is there any way to correct a mistyped address or other information?
Send us an email at yaya@pricingzoom.com or give us a call at +1-213-755-0494 if you need to make a change to your mailing address. We can change your contact information for you, whether it's an email address, a name, or an actual street location.

If it's possible, I'd like to cancel my order.
Your order will be processed in 48 hours. Within 48 hours, you may cancel your order without consequence. After 48 hours or after shipment, if you decide to cancel your order, you will be charged for return shipping as well as a 25% restocking fee.

What should I do if the item(s) I received are incorrect?
Please let us know within 30 days of receiving your order if any of the items are wrong, or missing. When you get the package, give your order number, photos of the item(s), and any other important information. We are committed to resolving your issue as quickly as possible.

What if I'm not home?
Depending on the area and delivery mode you select, a redelivery will be attempted the following day if you are not home, or the delivery partner will contact you to set a new delivery date.
